![]() ![]() Loopy alternatives are mainly Music Production Apps but may. Other great apps like Loopy are LoopToGo, Mobius, Repetito and LoopRecorder (VST/AU plugin, Standalone). The best Loopy alternative is Spire, which is free. The app supports MIDI and Ableton Link and syncs lighting. I got pretty good at that with the RC 50 but again your timing has to be spot on. There are more than 10 alternatives to Loopy for a variety of platforms, including iPad, iPhone, Mac, Windows and Android apps. StageLight is a professional mobile lighting control solution for the iPad based on Art-Net. I switched over to loopy so that I could have more tracks and so that I could also have tracks of different lengths that would stay synked. I literally have no idea what this thing is capable of. The best option in this category is Loopy HD (made by the same Australian developer that makes the fabulous Audiobus app). I even saw that Controls the volume of three selected loops? That's pretty awesome. Create music with Loopy HD by layering looped recordings of singing, beatboxing, or playing an instrument with a savvy, sophisticated, tactile looper that totally reinvents the formula. I as well am looking to do a similar thing where you tap the pedal to start recording, tap to record again and then turn off and on. But I'm not sure how to get them to program and work together. And I see that When I'm hitting buttons its doing things in the settings and bindings area. I've read instructions and gone through the process on the Fcb board. But that's good because I NEED HELP! I just switched over from the RC-50 and have never used Midi for anything and I've been trying to program Lupe to work with my FCB 1010 and I have no idea what I'm doing. I'm a full time musician hear and Colorado and I know absolutely nothing about anything you guys are talking about lol. What's up guys! Looks like I found who I need to talk to. I just bought an official 30pin to lightning connector to use with my iPad mini retina 2. I got it because using a Midi Piano in the Midi in of the fcb, causes glitches if used together with the expression pedal.įor a cheap audiodevice for just guitar and fcb1010 i recommend this: If you don't need the stompbox functionality (which i personally dont) there is still no need for the Uno chip. If you want to control something like tonestack or jamup at the same time, you'll probably need to do some programming off the fcb, as tonestack needs CC commands for example. Every factory preset button on the fcb1010 sends out a unique PC command. For basic Loopy functionality you don't need the chip. Although you should check if you really need it. Well, the software is free, but it needs to be printed on the chip with an expensive printer. ![]()
